The open-concept living area boasts a seamless transition to the outdoors through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, revealing a spacious terrace with an outdoor lounge area & dining area. The kitchen is an extension of the living/dining area and comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast bar seating three.

Outdoor shared amenities at Beach Residences include a full-service swimming pool and beachfront area with sun loungers and umbrellas, both offering food and beverage service. The development provides concierge, valet, daily housekeeping, room service, and a fully equipped gym and spa. Onsite dining options include a casual poolside eatery and a formal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
