Very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bed was great. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood, nice landscaping. Couldnt find pickleball stuff.

Cute property!

Such a cute place to stay! I didn't even get to enjoy the tennis courts, as I was just in town for my friends wedding. But the view from the slider is fantastic, and the property was clean and very quiet.

Clean, convenient and spacious

The property lived up to it’s billing. For us, it was a great location in a very safe neighborhood. If we have to go back to the area, we would stay there. We locked ourselves out. The property manager got us back in in short order.

Enjoy Wine Country to the Fullest

Right down the road from Presqu'ile Winery and an easy drive to Los Alamos, Los Olivos, Buellton, Santa Ynez and even Avila Beach (paddling, SUP), this cozy location provides easy access to all of major points of interest for food, wine, activities & shopping!

Wine trip

Overall a great experience. This was a great base for us between Santa Barbara and points north on our wine trip. Melissa was incredibly helpful, and we would definitely return!

Nice Guesthouse

The guesthouse was nice and plenty of room for three of us to stay there. It's an older property, nothing fancy, but was clean, comfortable, and an easy drive to Los Alamos which was where we did a lot of dining and wine tastings. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive.

Bright and roomy!

We loved this place. It's a spacious, separate building with lots of daylight. Quiet neighborhood, but close to Orcutt/Santa Maria and other places. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Vandenberg, and the location was perfect. Thanks!

Highlight of our trip

We love our stay here! We are tennis lovers and having a tennis court in the backyard is a dream come true. The location is superb between our road trip from SF to LA along CA-1. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, with other single-family houses. The guest suite is spacious, clean and fully functional. The host is very responsive and responsible. Overall it really exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Great Stay

Property was as described and was clean and comfortable. We did have to contact the manager to get the code to unlock the front door when we arrived, but it was done in a timely manner. I had trouble getting the microwave to work, which shouldn’t be an issue, but the manager was in constant contact with me trying to help. Lovely property close to main house.
