Worst customer service

We arrived on Friday and as soon as I was trying to check in the women in the front desk was so off. I told her my name and she said I don’t have any reservations under that name without checking then she checks and says I only have reservations for me. I stated that’s what I just said and she gave me my room card. As soon as we walked in there it was crazy humid and we left for the night when we came back it was even hotter and the room wouldn’t cool down with the ac. My wife went to tell the front desk with he went to check it out and ended up changing out room. Which that one also didn’t work. Once they gave us one that was cooling better we were okay over night but definitely for the price they should not only have better rooms but also better customer service. I’m not sure if the lady was the owner but she needs to be thought.
