Casa Kava is a spectacular new villa, a unique space where you can connect with nature and enjoy this heavenly place. The villa has a private pool, has 3 terraces, is fully equipped and has 2 internet Wi-Fi ( Starlink + Telcel, quality depends on provider and climate). The distance between the villa and the beach is 50 steps.

This is a brand new villa, very well thought to be enjoyable, quiet, upscale but still making you feel comfortable in every space. First floor there are 2 rooms each with 2 queen size beds and its own bathroom + a beautiful deck with barbeque and your own pool. On the second floor there is half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, social, bar + another deck with dining + seaview. On the third floor there is an open space terrace for those warm, nice and full of stars nights you are about to enjoy.
