Mi experiencia en esta estancia no fue satisfactoria. Durante nuestra visita hubo constantes problemas con la electricidad, lo que impidió utilizar el aire acondicionado. Además, había una gran cantidad de mosquitos en la habitación. Por otro lado, durante los tres días que nos hospedamos no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación ni se cambiaron las toallas, lo cual fue bastante decepcionante. Considero que estos aspectos son fundamentales para una estancia cómoda, por lo que espero puedan mejorar estos puntos para futuros huéspedes.

El hotel está impecable, a unas calles de la playa, las tiendas y restaurantes pero sin el ruido. El personal sumamente atento, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer al propietario, un joven empresario sumamente atento y con atención al detalle, al igual que todo su personal ¡los felicito y deseo que les vaya muy bien! Sin duda alguna será la opción número uno si vuelvo a visitar Puerto Escondido.

Excelente estadía, disfrutamos mucho, cero ruido, descansamos cómo se debe. Al mismo tiempo, el hotel está a minutos caminando de playa y de la avenida con los restaurantes y bares de Punta. Totalmente recomendable, vamos a volver.
