"Una gran habitación con servicios de primera, sin embargo pasaron algunos temas de toiletries (no habías papel de baño suficiente y los shampoos y jabón fueron insuficientes). Poner más atención a esos detalles ya que en la mañana no habia nadie que te ayude."
"Recepción y estacionamiento:
Cuando llegamos, una chica de trenza de lado morenita nos atendió de manera grosera. Nos informó que si dejábamos el carro en el estacionamiento ya no lo podíamos sacar en todo el día (porque lo podían guardar en frente o a 3 cuadras). Esto resultaba ilógico, considerando que eran al rededor de las 3 pm y teníamos planes de cenar fuera esa noche, a media hora caminando. Por lo tanto, tuvimos que estacionarnos a la vuelta en la calle para poder usar el carro mas tarde.
Falta de mantenimiento:
El lugar es agradable en las áreas comunes, pedimos 2 habitaciones cuádruples. En una de ellas la puerta del baño rechinaba insoportable, lo cual despertaba a los demás en la madrugada. En esa misma habitación la llave del lavabo, solo proporcionaba agua caliente, la llave de agua fría no funcionaba.
Atenciones/Peticiones:
No había papel de baño ni jabón cuando llegamos, tuve que bajar a pedirlos (solo nos dieron un jabón y rollo x cada habitación de 4), después nos dimos cuenta que tampoco había toallas, tuve que volver a bajar para pedirlas, nos dieron solo la mitad de los que éramos y ya después nos dieron las que faltaban, pero tuvimos que pedirlas. Uno de los controles de la TV no servía, tuvimos que bajar por tercera vez para que nos lo cambiaran. La señal de wifi escrita en el buro no aparecia, bajamos por cuarta vez y nos proporcionaron la de otra red y jaló bien. En ningún momento se negaron a atendernos, fueron amables a excepción de la primera chica"
