The apartment is located in a unique context between olive trees and the green of the Portofino promontory.

The apartment is sunny but cool. It has an entrance that opens onto an open space between the kitchen and the living room (which acts as a bedroom) and a bathroom with shower / bathtub.
The apartment also offers every comfort of a modern accommodation with Internet (on request), TV, washing machine, air conditioning etc.

The apartment is 500 metres (measured) from the small port of Santa Margherita and about 800 from the beaches and the centre
