"Location is fantastic right in middle of busy place and a few minutes walk from the leaning tower and duomo. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and good size but very old fashioned and dated. Hotel in my opinion needs refurbished and it could be Grand once again. There a roof terrace with restaurant at night. We used it during the day and no one was about.
