Absolutely Incredible Host and Experience! cannot say enough good things about our stay! First off, the home itself is adorable and cozy. The air conditioning is fantastic, which made coming back after a long day of exploring so refreshing. But what truly made this trip extra special was the property manager, Juan. Beyond being exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations, he went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I was visiting to try to track down some family roots, and our host actually traveled with me to help translate and navigate the search one afternoon. Their kindness, patience, and generosity was above and beyond. If you are looking for a cozy stay with exceptional property manager I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay

This place was great and got the job done! Clarissa was not only super helpful but she was very accommodating and easy to contact. If we ever are back on that side of the island we will definitely be staying here again.

Yes thank you letting stay in this place. Very quiet for most of the time and I am new to this area even after growing up here. Everything was great however the house needs some checking because there are some ants and few cockroaches around the house. Also check the shower drain. Besides that every was great and like I said thank you. We are leaving today because we have bring back the rental car to San Juan.

not the best description of the property

The location of the property is close to the mall and beaches, but the neighborhood is not the best alot of bad public housings,,behind this property there is a construction and it is noisy at very early hours of the morning, this property does not have a laundry service it does not have screens for doors and mosquitoes and flies are too many at the main entrance there is a family of cats that live there it is super uncomfortable because every time the door opens they want to enter the house, the pillows are old the bathroom was dirty and the sheets very old.. I had to clean the bathroom and buy new sheets for my family. The rooms do not have a TV and there is only one in the living room and the position of the sofa and the TV is not the most comfortable, maybe it will work for one person if they do not care about everything mentioned but for a family I do not recommend it.

cute blue house

House is located in nice residential neighborhood. Bilingual property manager (also neighbor) explained how to find major retailers. Nothing super exciting about the area, but I had fun exploring the coast, and had some nice day trips up into the nearby mountains. National Geographic "adventure" road map is by far the best map I've found. Buy one if you are planning any driving. You'll thank me later! Motomike
