The staff were so nice and very helpful when it came to answering my questions! The location is amazing and the area is beautiful! Not to mention the food was delicious too. Would absolutely recommend
This place is okay. Nothing really special for their rooms. It's pretty decent but my husband was uncomfy with the bed although it didn't bother me. We also noticed that during the night when it's so peaceful, we can hear people talking in the other rooms which seems uncomfy for us. But overall, their food, the staff, the view, and the location were great. I just hope they will upgrade their facilities more and their rooms as well.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESPORT! I would not recommend this place. The service is horrible. Only one guy assisted us from check in to check out. The room is nasty- there were a lot of cockroaches and bed bugs.The linens were soiled and it seems like they have not changed the sheets. We were also not allowed to park inside the vicinity because the "owner" was there. We have to move to Indai's Aqua sport resort which is just a few steps from them and they provide great food and comfort for a fraction of the cost. This place is poorly run and is a total scam. The pictures that they posted seems outdated. They may have seen their prime but definitely not worth it!
The property owner and the staff are very accommodating to our needs. I am a local tourist who enjoy a good hospitality from this resort. Highly recommended. The rates is at par with other beach club. Enjoy a good life to all.

The options on the restaurant menu and the delay in check in made the experience at Santa Fe Beach Club less pleasant than I would like.

Due to the pandemic, supply of produce is low we had to cutoff most of our menu but we upgraded our breakfast meals instead for better value, hopefully you enjoyed them. We ensure that every room is sanitized treated with UVC twice so additional time is added to the cleaning hopefully this is understandable. Amazing! hotel staffs are so accommodating, very easy to deal with. The room is big and clean though I would suggest a tv and closets should be installed too. The white beach which is just located some few steps away from our doorsteps is fantastic...
Our room was recently built and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We looked around the area and it was definitely the best price for a clean beach resort.
Beach front room I upgraded to was awesome. Cheap room I spent the first two nights in was very spartan with no tv or refrigerator, minimal towels, and no hot water, no chairs or other furniture besides a small table. Staff was awesome!! Excellent location with a beautiful beach.

The service at the restaurant was very poor. There was an extremely long wait time for all meals even after requesting the meals to be prepared and served at a particular time.
Having two young children 2 and 5yrs meal times need to be a routine for them. So having them wait around on some occasions 45mins late is very disappointing as the children were hungry, tired and no longer wanting to wait at the dinner table.
Coffee was served in the mornings and brought to our room where we sat outside enjoying the sunrise but the staff did not clearing the table for two days.
The rooms are not made up daily so if you would like your bed made or the floor swept of sand then you best ask them to clean your room.
They have a laundry service but be sure to set aside two or three days as it is out sourced and not done on the premises. my laundry was still wet when it was returned and I was checking out. Disappointing.
The staff however were polite and friendly and could do with more customer service training. example , water poured and offered each time you sit down at the table in the restaurant. That the table is set with cutlery and sauces before the meals arrive. That the waitress offers you all a drink upon sitting down.
For the cost of the family villa per night I do expect more in terms of service and quality. We left one day early as I was extremely disappointed in the resort, the beach and the service.
We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were helpful, the food was fabulous, room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6, didn't want to leave

Disappointing stay
The first hotel impression would surprise everyone as the pictures we have seen online are very misleading.
The beach although cleaned daily it had plenty of seaweed on it plus the water is not clear enough to go for a swim (fine if you are used to seaweed)
The port is very close (too close)
We decided to go for a walk in search of some better beaches.. to the left and right of the hotel don't venture too far as you won't find anything pretty btw Anika Resort we considered staying in is very close and the beach looks exactly the same.
The only nice stretch of white sand and blue water is on Paradise Beach (20min walk or around 8min (40pesos) tuk tuk ride.
Saying that last two days the beach had lots of seaweed on but I'm hoping it's only after the typhoon.
The review of "Beach Club" it's based on the days before the typhoon btw although we did spend a night in the hotel during "Ursula" and the structure was safe enough but zero advice from the staff.
Some hotel rooms have been renovated recently after a previous typhoon and it's true the room we stayed in looked new.
Beds and mattresses are covered in plastic seal and I now understand why: humidity.
Air con works perfectly fine and there is also hot water:)Unfortunately wi-fi was only available in the reception and that's only until the storm came. No internet afterwards. We had to go to town each time to connect. Rooms are being cleaned on request.
Breakfast very basic.No kettle or fridge in the room.
Not so great.

Thank you for taking time to write your feedback it is important to us. Regardless of the typhoon, Philippines have two(2) monsoons(or seasons) Amihan(Northeast wind) and Habagat (Southeast wind). With the ever changing climate, it is now harder to tell exactly when the tides and winds would gain strength, these strong winds and tide would bring seaweeds to the shore, despite our effort to have it cleaned everyday we are sorry to say we can't keep up with nature(to a point we haul a truck load of seaweeds at worst in a day). Amihan(northeast monsoon) is the reason why the other side of the island has calm seas and no seaweeds. As an example one of the properties we manage, Sandira Beach(southern part of the island) and Ogtong Cave resort, is without seaweeds and beach is beautiful during your visit. While the other side Santa Fe Beach club and all the resorts you walked through northwards had strong waves and wind which brought the seaweeds to the shore.
It is also our company policy to inform guests of incoming typhoon, in case of Ursula it changed from tropical depression to typhoon right before entering PAR and had a wide area coverage immediately cancelling all trips even the seas were yet very calm, the time frame was slim and we're sorry they information wasn't efficiently disseminated. We also have fully upgraded our wifi to the island's maximum capacity provided by the telecommunication company, sadly it is what our area is capable as of the moment. I hope you can visit Bantayan again and give it a second chance, on summer with higher chances of better weather like March to June regardless which resort you will be choosing to stay and truly experience the crystal clear waters even at the port area, which by many is one of the cleanest ports in the Philippines. Everything was perfect, the staff very nice and helpfull, massages cheap and very good. All the rooms are nice and here are solid buildings. Hot water, towels, cleaning everyday, nice view, not so crowded, one of the best accomodation in Bantayan. I will come back!

the staff sit around until the evening and play volleyball. all 'on the job' work experience kids excrpt tge two or three who serve you. forget about getting served a beer at your sun lounger (even if tips are thrown). but thats standard here.no serious respect or effortfor the paying customer, but better than most in the area and no mosquitos

This property is not noisy and you can relax in the cottage under the heat of the sun or glitters of the stars in the evening with the sound of the waves and the embrace of the fresh air is so relaxing.

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Our needs are attended on a timely manner. Although, it would be better if disposable slippers are available as complimentary.
Overall, it is short but sweet stay at the resort.

Stayed 2 nights , booked 3 rooms and very disappointed because all bathroom shower were clogged and No housekeeping for 2 days. Tired their breakfast and it was ok but a bit pricey.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have daily house keeping available. Sorry to hear about the shower in room C1, it is an isolated case about clogged sea sand accumulation in the drain and is now resolved. It was a pleasure to host you in our resort, hope we meet you again :)
Pros: Was a fairly good value. Staff members are nice and responsive. The room was kept clean. Great beach but need to wake up early to take advantage of the high tide. Not a place for catching waves/body surfing as the waters are very calm in this are close to the pier. Great for safe swimming. Was offered a free shuttle to and from the pier, and free tickets to a couple local attractions.
Cons: My room in particular was very basic but right on the beach so was satisfied enough. No TV, safe, closet, or drawers to put items but still roomy enough to make due. A particular vendor in the area was a bit too aggressive with boat tours and other things so made walking around a little uncomfortable at times.
