Beautiful property! I wish they had valet service; as big as they are they should! The system was down in the casino which made it impossible to use anything but cash in the machines & restaurants. Front desk was not overly friendly but efficient.

Room had bad odor, windows had no screens, room safe provided did not work, TV did not work, refrigerator was over heating, fan in restroom didn’t work, very, very dim lighting in restroom and room. Terrible accommodations, everything was outdated would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great week at Buffalo Thunder. Nice room, service staff did a fine job. The artwork throughout the facility was remarkable.

We didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The hotel itself is nice however I found one strand of hair folded in the towel and one still attached to the shower wall! You would think at those nightly rates they would do a better housekeeping!

The rooms were nice but not what we had booked. There is no more room service and they have limited restaurants. We attended a concert there and left leave early because the music was distorted, and the sound quality was really horrible. The concert is located in a ballroom with a stage. I will never attend a concert there again. They make a lot of money at this hotel, they should put that towards a concert hall or arena.

Property is beautiful. The room itself was nice in that it kept with the overall aesthetic. The furniture seemed high quality. But the average room size wasn’t impressive. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. The bathroom was good size and very nice looking and clean. We got breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs which was satisfying. The danishes were really delicious.

Super gorgeous place to stay. Only I wished the arcade would stay open later. And the gift shops as well. My kid had a bad stomach ache and we needed something from the gift shop but it was closed.

A very nice place to stay about 12 miles outside of Downtown Santa Fe. Very clean and comfortable. Only two drawbacks. Room fid not have kitchenette which I did not necessarily need on this trip but normally do. Also, only one way in/out of building. I chose a room on a far end and got lots of steps “coming and going”. I would stay here again! 🤓

Next time you are here, if you stay in the Spa wing you can park behind the resort and exit on the 2nd floor. It cuts down on some of the steps, but you are correct, our property is very spread out. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the lack of kitchenette in our accommodations. However, we'd like to offer an alternative solution: the Homewood Suites next door features kitchens in their property and still provides access to our amenities.
