Beautiful country house with a construction in the style of the old farmhouses, with thick white walls and ceilings of sabina wood. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this quiet part of the island. This holiday home is located on top of a hill in a rural area near San Carlos. Even though it may seem very isolated, it only takes a few minutes by car to reach the village and Santa Eulalia. It is very close to some of the beaches of the east such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral and Cala Boix. As the country house is located on a higher level, it has a fantastic panoramic view of the island and the sea. The country house has a spacious and bright living and dining room and kitchen. There is also a laundry room and a pantry. There are also 3 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has a large gas stove, dishwasher and is fully equipped. In addition, it has a separate tap for potable water. The kitchen has access to the private pool. The living room has a comfortable "chaise longue" sofa, satellite TV and another access to the terrace. The plot around the house is large and exclusive, with no neighbors nearby. In addition to the private pool, there is also a play area with playhouses. There is also a covered patio with grill and dining area.
