Comfortable rooms

The hotel has a distinct 90s style, which may feel a bit dated to some, but it comes with a major advantage — space. The rooms are impressively large, airy, and extremely comfortable, which is something you don’t often find in more modern hotels. Although the property is currently undergoing renovations, it’s clear that cleanliness is still a top priority. Everything was very well maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the rooms — they truly are the highlight of the hotel. Spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, they made our visit very pleasant. Overall, a solid choice, especially for guests who value comfort and room to breathe.

Good value for money

Great value for money and good size room. Staff were excellent, especially pool, bar and entertainment staff. Hotel a little dated and feels very 00’s, but a gem of a find for the cost of what it was. Breakfast was good too.

I was shocked how good the food was ,usually in all-inclusive hotel you end up going to a local restaurant not here the food was at a very high standard ,the staff at the bar were friendly ,on day of checked they let us keep our bands so we could use the the restaurants and drinks facilities, we didnt have to pay much for a late checkout would definitely stay again

Very enjoyable stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative at this hotel, is that it is very noisy at night. You can hear every door slam and chairs scraping across the floor of the room above. Apart from that, we had a really enjoyable stay.

A Lovely Stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. It has a beautiful pool and new-ish sun loungers. The room was functional. We hired the safe for €3 per day. The maid visited daily and tidied the room well. A relatively minor grumble...the beds were not the most comfortable. Our stay was in late October so the hotel was very, very quiet and many bars, restaurant and shops in Es Cana had already closed or closed while we were in town. If you hire a car don't leave it too late to park up otherwise you may find you will have to park a fair walk away.

Music too loud by pool so couldn't relax completely. It was ok in the morning but then volume went up in the afternoon. Much better when it was off or down low. It's not conducive to a relaxing environment when up too loud. I thought the hotel lacked an atmosphere and was a little sterile. I wouldn't put it at 4 star at all - 3 at best. A lot of fixtures were rundown and bulbs needed replacing. It was noisy during the night when young party goers returned to hotel at 4am shouting and drunk. Food was fresh at bar by pool and good coffee. But unfortunately I wouldn't stay again.

Good value for money

Good location, close to bars and the beach. Rooms were kept clean and tidy with fresh towels daily. Staff very helpful and entertainment team were good at motivating everyone. Negatives would be that you couldn’t get any form of soft drink/water/coffee at the pool bar until 1030 (you could pay for it between 1000-1030 which for an AI hotel seems a little strange) I can understand alcohol not being served prior to 1030 but not soft drinks and coffee. I say that as the coffee was freshly made rather than from a machine as per the restaurant. Food was good for breakfast and lunch but could be a bit hit or miss for dinner. That being said, we had a great time and was great value for money!

The male receptionist was unbelievably unhelpful and rude I had been robbed on my way to Ibiza and lost my passport credit cards phone and money in Majorca on June 4 2025. I had booked to stay at the Hotel Moon dream Atlantic in Ibiza and had managed to get a temporary passport from the British Consulate in Ibiza that day. So I had ID However the receptionist and his female manager refused to register me as i had no credit or debit card with me. I asked to ring my bank to transfer monies but they said that I couldn't use the hotel phone as I was not a guest. I then telephoned my ex-wife by borrowing a phone from a hotel guest from Amsterdam, and my ex- agreed to guarantee payment using her debit card; but the hotel refused that option also, telling her to book my room online which she couldn't do as the guest from Amsterdam wanted his phone back. The reception staff then claimed that no rooms were available which I assumed was a lie. I then asked them to call me a taxi so that i could go to a more cooperative hotel, but they refused. I said that I wouldn't leave unless they called me a taxi. Instead they called the local police who beat me up and left me on the sidewalk with my suitcase rucksack and a dead leg What do I think of your hotel? I think it is an utter disgrace. I think your manager and male receptionist should be dismissed for discrimination. The policeman who beat me up (I am a 77 year old retired doctor) is being prosecuted.
