"Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely excellent stay! The rooms were modern, extremely clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The onsite restaurant was perfect! The breakfast buffet had everything for a well rounded meal - hot items, breads, omelet station, fresh fruits and yogurt, coffee and tea bar, fresh juices. As a parent staying with a toddler, the kids play area was huge bonus. The pools were pristine and so enjoyable for lounging and swimming. The kids pool was an additional bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved everything about my stay."

"We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near"

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail specially what they dis foe my daughter's birthday made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. "Todo fue excelente en el Hotel Leonardo Royal Ibiza, Santa Eulalia. Extremadamente limpio: las señoras de la limpieza son súper cuidadosas, limpian incluso debajo de las camas, las sábanas y el baño impecables. En cuanto a limpieza, todo perfecto. El trato en el restaurante fue excelente, la comida muy buena, súper variada: ensaladas, postres, bebidas, incluyen vino, cerveza, agua, refrescos. No hagan caso a los comentarios previos, lo recomiendo mucho. Pero les doy una estrella menos porque, en la noche, un hombre mayor fue muy grosero con nosotros :( es triste que por personas como él se tenga que castigar al resto del staff."
