Historic 3-bedroom farmhouse, 2 fireplaces and pool in Santa Cruz-near beaches!
Our 1914 farmhouse is situated on a private street, a half mile from some of the best "locals" beaches in Santa Cruz. Walk or ride bikes to parks, coffee shops, and a local farmer's market.
Inside the home you are greeted with a cosy living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The newly remodeled kitchen, with chef level appliances, looks out on a the pristine black bottom pool and deck. A gas barbeque, firepit and outdoor dining table make gathering outside with family or friends a special occasion. On the second floor you'll find three bedrooms, one queen (in the "tower" room, with a fireplace) and two doubles. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Quirky nooks and crannies, hardwood floors and heirloom antiques give this house its unique character.
We welcome you and hope that you will enjoy this home as much as our family has for the past 40 years.
