Es un lugar limpio, amplio y tranquilo con todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía. El edificio es nuevo y cuenta con lindas áreas sociales, como ser piscina, churrasquera, etc. Varias líneas de transporte público pasan por la puerta del edificio, lo cual hace muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. En el sector hay un gran supermercado, varios restaurantes y patios de comidas además de uno de los malls más importantes de la ciudad. Está ubicado a 10 minutos del segundo anillo y a 15 minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad.
