"Si planeas una estancia ten en cuenta que no es la dirección que aparece en el anuncio ya que donde aparece es en el centro y hasta que vas a hacer el check-in te da la dirección exacta que está a unos 5 min en auto, sobre la propiedad todo excelente muy bien equipada con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda, sin embargo en cuanto a limpieza si hizo falta ya que las sabanas estaban manchadas con comida, solo contaba con una toalla en el baño, no había suficiente jabón y papel."

"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"We opted for preferred package and had a few hiccups our first couple of days with the premium drinks not available at the bars, but in the end they delivered to our satisfaction. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There were many weddings during our stay. The one major thing that stood out to my husband and I was the staff! This is the main reason we changed out ratings to five (5 stars) - because of the STAFF (too numerous to name each)! They all work so hard to please their guests, and do it with a smile to make you feel special. One special shout out to Faustina who did such a beautiful job with our housekeeping. Our room was immaculate (building two) swim out suite."
