The completely renovated apartment is located in on the third floor in a very quiet building with elevater in the small fishing village of San Andrés, close to the famed palmed filled and golden sand beach “Playa Las Teresitas ". The village with an authentic atmosphere with many seafood restaurants and shops, has something special for individual travelers who want to spend their holidays, far away from the tourist centers. Beach lovers will find “Playa Las Teresitas” in 3 minutes walk and hikers can explore the UNESCO-protected Anaga Mountains, with their countless hiking trails through the unique landscape and mature forests.
The apartment is located in seafront and from the small terrace, furnished with a table and 2 chairs, you can enjoy the amazing sea view. The apartment has a combined living and dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and access to the terrace and a bathroom.

Super Lage in absoluter Strandnähe, dazu gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute und freundliche kanarische Gastronomie. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Spitze. Ein zusätzlicher Schlüssel für den Partner/ Partnerin wäre schön.
