"For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great. "

"We had a lovely time in Fuencaliente, the Pensión is clean, well equipped and light and the area is quiet. Owner is very friendly .
