"Roads under construction doubled travel time - not your fault. But pounding during 10am seemed overly loud. Bothered others. The lack of a coffee maker of Tea water warmer was quickly remedied by asking for one at front desk. But warning to future guests - bring your own coffee, AND water."

The breakfast food was lovely and beautifully presented but the experience was spoiled by many of the staff who had no time for us and were often downright rude. It was a struggle to get anyone to take a hot food order (which often arrived cold). The hotel was clearly understaffed. Some of the staff were brilliant, particularly Christopher who was always friendly and helpful (and worked incredibly hard). "

"This one bed property in the heart of Santa Cruz has recently been lovingly restored. It has everything you need on a self catering holiday and is just a few metres from the town beach. Super comfy bed and pillows and a good size walkin shower in the bathroom.Our host had left us many things to make our stay memorable over the Christmas/New year holiday period. It is a great base for exploring the beautiful Island of La Palma."
