"It's a great hotel/resort to visit this area of the Dolomites, particularly if you are in the region for hiking. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, and the pools are wonderful. Highly recommended! My only gripe is the don't take the American Express card, something I believe is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel like Diamant SPA Resort. It was an unpleasant and unexpected surprise."

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little

(that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast....
