"My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...

It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"
