This property was spotless and very well appointed. Everything was as advertised. This is a great place to stay- centrally located to the city golf courses we played. I hope to stay there again and highly recommend it, quiet, gated and secure.

Coach in for LPGA event

Place was absolutely outstanding. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and house had everything that you would need and the pool and hot tub are about 30-40 steps from front door. The price was fabulous as well.

Wonderful Property

This property was maintained well beyond my expectations. Even though pets are allowed, you would never know by how immaculately clean the property was. There are even supplies for your pet including a water bowl. The main bedroom shower is fantastic. The neighborhood is gated, quiet, and well-maintained.

Excellent rental!

Everything about the rental was terrific. Very clean, super comfy beds, loved that we could park in a garage, nice amenities. Beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend and would stay again. Only negative is that communication with property management company is terrible. On two occasions we waited more than 24 hours for a reply. Eventually we just called. Thankfully none of it was an urgent need.

Not a home but a condo community

Despite several references to this listing as a "home" it is actually a duplex/attached home/condo in a community. The photos of the unit and pool gives the impression that this is a home with a private pool, which it is not. It was nice though, just not very private...a good location for exploring the parks and hiking.

Santa Clara Sunrise!

This would be our semi-annual choice for a vacation house, except they are no longer allowing dogs :( House is in a great location, close to activities, restaurants and shopping. Very roomy and super comfortable. The gated community is small and quiet, an easy and safe place for a nice morning walk. Nice roomy garage to park our car. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. Amenities were consistent with the listing, only issue is the dishwasher didn’t work (Top rack) Local Vacasa management wasn’t any help with this situation. Even with that being said, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if we could bring our dog.

Beautiful home

We spent two weeks at this house. The entire stay was worry free and super comfortable. We do not have any complaints or “fix it” issues to list on our review. The kitchen had plenty of pans for stovetop cooking, or oven baking. The grill was clean and ready to use. We had our dog with us and enjoyed walking the small private neighborhood. Enjoyed cool morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, either on the patio or in the living room with the fireplace on. We will be booking our 2024 stay at this house shortly. Thank you Vacasa for a wonderful worry free vacation. We play golf and with three courses within 15 minutes - what comes to mind is: Perfect.
