"The Hotel is superb. Always meet my expectations. We always come back to this hotel every time we are in town. Water pressure in the shower was a little slow. But aside from that, everything is ok."

"It was a great stay. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast was great. The only drawback is it’s somewhat outside of city centre where I had to do business. Otherwise great place to stay "

"I walked out and want my money refunded. The place was not as advertised. It sat directly in back of a gas station and smelled of burnt rubber and gasoline. My hands even smelled of it. The room was small and the temperature was 40 C when I entered. The AC did not cool it. It was oppressive. I tried to contact Expedia but to no avail."

"I recently tried the French fries, chopsuey, and escabeche, and I was really impressed with both the food and the service. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served hot and freshly cooked. They had a nice golden color and just the right amount of seasoning. The chopsuey tasted very fresh, with crunchy vegetables that were perfectly cooked—not overdone. The flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The escabeche was also excellent. The fish was tender and cooked just right, not dry at all. The sauce had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, which made the dish even more enjoyable. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, the food was fresh, well-cooked, and satisfying, and the service was great. I would definitely come back again."

"Easy to find, close to port. The staff was excellent, we left a couple of items while checking out and they kept it for us for a few days until we could retrieve them. Excellent service! Highly recommend!"

"Nice clean rooms The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. I stayed in two different rooms. First I was in the suite which was fabulous. Very nice immunities and very comfortable. Next I was in a deluxe room which was average. The hot water in the room would cycle on and off several times during a shower. Also I was in a corner room and the wifi was not available in the room. I asked at the front desk and they said they would fix it but never did. "

"Rooms are small but clean and with good aircon. Good that there is an airport shuttle, and that it’s also really close to the ferry terminal. Very noisy though if you’re on the end, it’s like there isn’t a window in, and you can hear everything outside so clearly. Didn’t realise there was a communal kitchen / pantry on each floor, would be good to explain this at check in as I was disappointed not to have a fridge. "
