However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles, rather than arbitrary human decision-making.
For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.

Great location. Property was clean and as described. Only feedback is the water temp in the shower was just lukewarm. Would have loved a hot shower on a cool night. Overall, great place. Would stay again.
My daughter and I stayed two nights after her first quarter in college and spent time with my mom, who had a place in the same building. Beautiful location and nicely furnished.
Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sea lions. Condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is your backyard. Great place to stay.
The condo was very well maintained - clean, bright and had modern updates to the bathroom and bedrooms to feel more upgraded than initially expected. The distance to the beach could not be closer, and the space offered activities such as boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas just in case you forgot them - or arrived via plane. Carpinteria itself is a magical place, and things could not feel more safe and secure. Granted we were in the town during one of the busiest weekends of the year - but the space itself remained tucked away even though the town itself was bustling.
Property is as describes. Property manager didn’t answer all my questions, but the property is exactly as described and you can’t beat the location. The owners have created a very comfortable and functional space for them and their guests. We loved it. Beach access is superb. We wish we would have known that board games, shower toiletries, etc were provided. Those little amenities are appreciated, but the strict guidelines from property manager make it sound like none of that is provided. In a nutshell. I give the owner a 5+ rating and the management company a 4. Having said that, the management company was very thorough and professional in their communications with regard to entry, arrival, and community rules/expectations. It's a very family friendly location, but not limited to families at all. I can easily imagine my wife and I enjoying time there with adult friends too.
This was the perfect for a work trip! You can’t beat the location and the set up had everything we needed to cook and relax after work. Second year at this unit and it was just as good as the first year!
My wife and I stayed at the property 6/20-22. I had stayed here before years ago and decided to stay again as it is perfectly located adjacent to the beach and shops/restaurants along Linden Ave. We found the condo to be clean and well furnished. The balcony was the highlight as it looks directly out onto the beach. The price per night is expensive so we were limited in the number of days we could stay but enjoyed out time.
Location can't be beat! The condo was clean with easy beach access. Linden street was buzzing with people and just a stones throw from the condo. Overall a fantastic weekend getaway with a very easy check-in / check-out system. Highly reccommend.
Loved our views! Rain or shine it’s amazing. Only thing I would suggest is blackout curtain in rooms (outside hall light shines in window making it bright all night ) I need it dark to sleep so didn’t get good night sleep
Spent the first night in a beach house where the door would not lock. Felt incredibly unsafe with my 3 children. The next day I had to spend my morning in the beach house (instead of w my family on the beach) while the door was repaired. Internet was down entire trip was told on 2 occasions the internet provider was going to stop by to repair and he never showed. Again, spent 2 hours on my day waiting for the internet repair man only for him to never show.
