A estrutura do hotel é muito bonita e cuidada, arquitetura histórica está bem preservada. Diz ter sauna mas nao estava funcionando e a area da psicina precisa de mais manutenções e limpeza. O quarto deixou a desejar, chuveiro ccom vazao desregulada, cheiro forte , tv com poucos canais e controle fraco. Apareceu barata no quarto. E o cafe da manha tb muito simples e pouca variedade. Esperava mais pelo valor cobrado nas diarias.

O hotel superou minhas expectativas. O quarto é muito bom e passa aquela sensação de aconchego, além de ser super completo. O atendimento na recepção é um ponto de destaque, sendo muito cuidadoso. Os funcionários são muito educados, café da manha gostoso, porem não tinha wifi e a televisão não funcionava. E não tinha agua quente. E triste quando a empresa não oferece aquilo que e cobrado.

Excelente!

Foi uma excelente estadia, chuveiro muito bom. Não tinha cama de casal, eram duas de solteiro unidas, porém elas tinham alturas diferentes, o que ficou um pouco desconfortável. Mas no geral vale a pena. O casarão é lindo, bem cuidado, e os funcionários muito cordiais, destaque para a moça que nos atendeu no café da manhã e fez ovos mexidos deliciosos.

Estadia iniciou com um check-in problemático, não encontravam o quarto(?). Hospedagem longe de onde o café da manhã era servido (quartos ficam em outro prédio). Essa acomodação distante não foi informada na compra das diárias. De certa forma causou transtorno inesperado.
