This charming, brand-new 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfect for couples and solo travelers! Centrally located, you’ll be just a few miles from the vibrant shopping and dining at South Coast Plaza, 9 miles from Southern California’s beautiful beaches, and only 11 miles from the magic of Disneyland. Please note, that this home is part of a duplex, with separate, unattached units. This specific home is the middle unit.

One camera is located in the driveway, monitoring the back of the property and parking area.

Beautifully renovated 1 BR/1Ba unit. Great for 1-2 guests. Off street parking on a shared driveway. Nice bike and walking trail nearby. Well-located. Hosts very helpful w restaurant and shopping recommendations.
