  • This brand new guest house/ADU is just built! It's part of the main property but rented separately with 1 secure parking spot in the driveway. This cozy home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a TV. Guests find 2 bathrooms equipped with refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it excellent for any season. Just a short drive to markets, restaurants, Miles Square Park, movie theaters, malls, and theme parks. Nova is one of the best host. The ADU was the best property on Vrbo I have ever stayed in. This property had everything you could have possibly needed during your stay. I needed to extend and Nova was very accommodating. He was great to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you Nova for being a great host. I will be back soon!
