"Great stay in Ischia. Place had everything you would want for a family of 4. Located at the port, near tons of restaurants, main bus stop, and cafes. Check in process was easy and place was better than described. Two porches, back one completely private with hot tub, washer, fully stacked kitchen. Air conditioning was great after a summer day at the beach. Would highly recommend."

"I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint.
