Villa Cristina is located in Binibeca Vell, just 2 minutes walking from the fishing village and just over 10 minutes walking from the beautiful Binibeca beach. Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are very close. The village of Sant Lluís is about 7 minutes driving and there is a bus line to Mahón.
Exterior:
The house has a porch, connected to the dining room, and furnished with a table and chairs to eat in the shade. The swimming pool measures 8m x 5m and is surrounded by a spacious garden, with native vegetation and flowers, artificial grass, and natural shade areas. There is a brick barbecue and outdoor sofas to relax outdoors.

The house has been decorated with comfortable pine wood furniture:
Living room (accessed by 4 interior stairs), dining room, kitchen, 1 master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and garden access, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
