"Brilliant villa and pool! We stayed during the heatwave - air conditioning would be a real advantage, but ceiling fans worked well in the two main bedrooms. Pool and BBQ area are fantastic, villa rooms are large, great lounge and kitchen. We’ll come back for sure!"

"The villa is in a quiet location a short walk from the beach, restaurants and two supermarkets. It’s a bit of a walk back up the hill which might be tough if you have mobility issues. The house has everything you need and was spotless and well looked after. There are 6 restaurants and a beach bar on the beach but I think you may need a car if you’re staying longer than a week as you’d get a little bored with the same places. "My title is not original but does accurately describe the property. Easy to find on arrival. Located close to small supermarket and a couple of bars. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. In my experience you will have to go a long way to better this property. Outside was well furnished as well and a great barbecue for your use. If I were to visit Menorca again I would have to stay here."

"Accomodation as advertised and very acceptable. A/C very good if needed. Welcome package on arrival. Kitchen furnished with all basics needed to cook-in, if one wishes. Peaceful location and sea views, particularly of sunset from the roof top. Whole of island easily accessible by car from here and airport roughly 20 mins away. Several restaurants and three small supermarkets within walking distance (nearest at 5 mins and others at 15 mins)."

"Loved our week here - perfect for two couples. So easy to walk into Binibeca and we went snorkelling most days. The pool was a godsend as it was very hot while we were there. Villa very clean and comfortable and had a fantastic view!"

"We loved this place, The pool is amazing, it’s a lovely homely villa with everything you would need, beds we’re comfortable.It’s only a 5 min walk to restaurants and shops , also the beach , Helen was a lovely lady and there when needed, The only thing I think you need to add is a working tv, nice sometimes late at night to watch a movie and dvd player was being replaced so we couldn’t watch those , amazing selection of books though."
