About Apartment Ca l'avi Joan (Grandpa Jan's House)



This ground floor apartment opens up to the garden with its own terrace and comfortable furniture. Inside, there is a spacious dining area, open kitchen, and living room with a pellet stove for cozy winter evenings. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.



The dining room and living room have French doors that open onto the south-facing garden. The apartment also has its own front garden with a dining table and stunning views of the mountains and the valley.



For heating, the apartment is equipped with radiators, and there is an electric heater for added warmth and ambiance in the winter.



The apartment has a large fenced garden, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area that are shared with guests from five other apartments.
