"Casa con grandi potenzialità, bel terrazzo con bella vista, ottima l'aria condizionata nelle stanze e nel soggiorno. Aspetti non troppo positivi la pulizia non molto curata, tappeto nel bagno per terra in gomma (tipo da lavandino), lenzuola vetuste, anche se lavate erano con diverse macchie e non si possono più proporre ai clienti. Un forte odore di cantina in tutta la casa ma soprattutto nel piano sottostante e tal odore impregnato negli ascugamani puliti ma se riposti nella casa ovviamente...
