Bright apartment located in the heart of Sanremo, with views over the sea and the famous Ariston Theater. The accommodation opens onto a large independent kitchen equipped with an oven and microwave, furnished with a dining table and overlooking the terrace. The living room includes a double sofa bed, as well as a second dining table and a television, and overlooks the spacious and practical outdoor veranda. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed facing the sea-view balcony. A bathroom with bathtub and bidet completes the layout. The outdoor areas are of particular interest: the furnished veranda with air conditioning, sofa and dining table, excellent for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as the large terrace with barbecue, offering a striking view of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Costa.Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, bedroom and patio. *Pets weighing less than 20 kg are welcome on request.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed. During your stay you should also visit the San Remo Casino, to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to World War II. Emblematic of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival is held every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.It is also advisable not to leave the city without taking a walk along the Empress promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.Nice and Genoa airports are an hour and less than two hours' drive from the apartment, respectively, while Sanremo train station is a 5-minute drive away.

Amazing expérience. Perfectly located. Calm and close to the center in 5 min walk. The flat is just perfect for 4 persons with 2 terraces with outstanding view. I recommend the restaurant Blanco very close for their pizzas and Spritz ! And the Gelateria Lolippop a extraordinay expérience. Thanks !!!
