The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is only about 10-15 min walk to the beach and city centre, but the walk is up quite a steep hill to get back to the hotel. There is a shuttle from the hotel that is available pretty frequently. Overall good experience.

Not even close to 3 star very old hotel bad beds and pillows. Nice view from top floor rooms good pool bar but everything is really in the need of maintenance the bottom of pool is getting lose broken toilet and sink in room , breakfast was mostly cakes the eggs were powder eggs with to much water! Long walk to everything 1/2 hour to downtown and very steep hill to walk home!

Really nice view from the room - and spacious room, which was good. Also - front desk staff was helpful and professional. However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.

The property is generally old, we had black mould in our room, shower was disaster with trying to get any pressure and setting water temperature where we could only have cold or boiling hot. Location of the hotel was not great as we had to walk up stip hill to get there which wouldn't be an issue if we wouldn't have to take shower evertime... Food was same everyday unfortunately and I had to wait for about 20min to get clean mug to make hot drink as noone looked to top them up. The only positive things were gentlemen in the reception who let us check in a bit earlier, staff who were cleaning the rooms and life guards. Other than that I would avoid.

Ein äußerst schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichem Personal. Sei es am Empfang, im Frühstück oder der Nachtportier, alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht, haben dann vor Ort noch eine Nacht verlängert weil es uns so gefallen hat. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken und hoffen dass wir bald mal wieder Gast sein dürfen.

Dette hotellet har nok hatt sin storhetstid for flere år siden. Bassenget er fint, og er det mest positive med hotellet. Men maten er av meget lav kvalitet, og det er mange bakker for å komme inn til byen for å kjøpe noe ett annet sted. Frokosten er dårlig, og lunsjtilbudet ganske elendig. Selv om vi hadde rom høyt oppe, var det mye maur på rommet. Rengjøringen var også så som så.. aircondition fungerte bra.
