The La Mariolina villa (CITRA code: 008055-LT-0157), is ideal for those seeking a stay in the western Ligurian Riviera in the name of comfort and relaxation. Located just under 1 km from the central Corso Cavallotti (10 minutes on foot), the villa enjoys unparalleled peace and views. You can easily reach it along the via Duca degli Abruzzi.

It consists of a large living room, whose striking windows frame the wonderful panorama, a modernly equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that allow a comfortable living room for 4 people, and a charming bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Outside the villa, in addition to the pleasant garden that leads to the property - through a comfortable staircase - it has a wonderful terrace ideal for romantic dinners in the moonlight. It is equipped with every comfort necessary for an unforgettable holiday in one of the most suggestive places of the western Ligurian Riviera. The strategic position of Sanremo allows quick trips to the imperial coast and hinterland, and to the nearby blue coast, whose pearl Montecarlo is only 40 km away.
