House of 2 floors, in private urbanization, with swimming pool and community gardens (June-September). Sleeps up to 6 people. It has private terrace and patio with outdoor furniture, plus private parking space.



It has 2 bedrooms, the first one with double bed, and the second one with double bed and 2 single beds. There is a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Living - dining room with TV, dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the stay.

Pets are allowed under daily supplement.

It is located in a privileged place, with all kinds of stores nearby and also a few meters from the beach, you can walk to the beach of Las Piletas, or the beach of Bajo de Guía, this area is known for its good food, good people and sunny days, on its beaches are held in August the famous horse races, an internationally known equestrian event that will enjoy a beautiful spectacle to any visitor.

The house is located in a privileged area, surrounded by beach bars, bars, restaurants and stores where you can do all kinds of shopping.

Sanlúcar has many charming little corners that you can discover walking around the city, the old town is a delight, its food market, the Palace of Medina Sidonea, the Castle of Santiago...etc.
