"Everything was excellent. Breakfast with a rich selection, room was clean. I only missed a mirror above the sink. Separate entrance."

"We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses across the UK & Europe. And as expected great welcome from staff, nice quiet & very clean room, lovely pizzas from the bar staff & very good breakfast service. However, on this occasion we were shocked that we had to eat our breakfast with a yapping, loud dog that was begging its owners for food which they obliged & the animal was eating it off the floor at their table. I’m sorry to say in my opinion dogs should not be in the restaurant area of a hotel with other paying guests. It spoiled our breakfast experience, because of the noise & the acoustics of the room. Perhaps an area should be designated away from other guests. "

"Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Überraschend war die Hauptverkehrsstrasse vor dem Haus. Trotzdem war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Von zwei Balkonen der schöne Blick auf den roten Felsen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Erfreulich das Insektengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu weich und die Kopfkissen zu hart. Wir hätten uns ein anders Kopfkissen (größer und weicher) gewünscht. insgesamt aber waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt."

My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "
