Good property but the XL room has no big kitchen it’s pretty small a d not comfortable to cook there. Everything else is good - but better get a room with a balcony it’s facing the river Moselle and it’s way more quiet than the rooms witch ate facing the road with a kind of heavy traffic

Great spacious 1 room apartment. All new. Clean. Very well equipped. Free coffee and tea. Own wifi. Elevator. Great bakery downstairs. Gas station nearby. Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road.

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt, wir hatten die XL suite, die wir nur weiterempfehlen können. Das einzige Problem waren die Parkplätze, welche alle besetzt waren und auch kein freier in der Umgebung zu finden war.

God måde at checke ind og ud, man får blot mails med links og så nogle koder til hoveddør og værelsesdør. Problemet kan være parkering - Vi parkerede gratis på et fribad ikke langt derfra (7min gå gang).

Prettig verblijf

Super accommodatie, net buiten het centrum (20-30 minuten lopen), aan de Moezel en goed bereikbaar met de auto. Grootte van de accommodatie is perfect. Enige nadeel bij warm weer is dat er geen airco is. Klein keukentje waar je mee kan koken, en toegang is makkelijk met een fijne bakkerij eronder.

Zugang zum Haus:Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter (München) immer neue Codes waren nötig an der Haustür bis zum Komplettausfall des Öffnungssystems und anstelle des Notdienstes halfen nur ein zufällig vorbei kommender Mieter oder das Offenhalten der sonst verschlossenen Tür. (Belebte Ausfallstrasse der Stadt Trier!) Türcode an der Wohnung ebenfalls defekt. Kein funktionierendes WLAN (LapTops,Handys) trotz des aushängenden Passwortes nahe dem Eingang! Dadurch unerwartete Mehrkosten

Beim Eintreffen waten die Rollläden nicht geschlossen. Die Wohnung war bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur sehr stark aufgeheizt. Lüften war nicht möglich, da vor den Fenstern offene und stinkende Müllcontainer standen.

Schicke große und komfortable Wohnung

Eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Komfort, sehr sauber und mit Balkon von dem man Bluck auf die Mosel hatte. Wir haben uns in den 2 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Praktisch war auch die kleine Bäckerei genau neben dem Hauseingang. Würden wir wieder buchen .

Superschön inspirierend eingerichtet. Vor allem die Farbgestaltung. Tolles bequemes Bett. Schöne Möbel. Bad Armaturen wenig wertig. Liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wenn man mit gekippten Fenster schläft sehr laut. Geschlossen dann sehr warm.

Alles super, sehr sauber, problemloses check in. Ganz kleine Kritik : am Doppelbett befand sich keine Steckdose für die Nachttischlampe, wir mußten mit einer Verlängerungsschnur, die wir in einem Schrank gefunden haben, rumhampeln.Es wäre praktischer 2 Lampen für ein Doppelbett an der Wand anzubringen.

echte Alternative zum Hotel

Die Unterkunft (Superior-Suite) war sehr sauber und ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit einigen schönen Details wie Teppichen, Schattenfugen an einigen Wänden, stilvolle Bilder, Tagesdecke, etc.. Es wurde ausschließlich Markenqualität verbaut (z. B. im geräumigen Bad Geberit und Grohe). Die Küche war ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen, Töpfen und einigem an (Koch)Geschirr. Auch eine Spülmaschine mit vorhandenen Tabs hat nicht gefehlt.

Tolles Konzept, sehr gerne wieder

Das Konzept überzeugt mich und gefällt mir sehr. Die Wohnung 104 ist top modern eingerichtet, recht gut gelegen und in einem erst Anfang 2020 eröffneten Gebäude zu finden. Vor der Tür ist ein Bäcker, hinter dem Haus kann man an der Mosel spazieren gehen.

Relativ zentrumsnah (ca. 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß) an der Mosel gelegen. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Neubau (etwas verwirrend für mich: eine Nebentür einer großen Hotelkette - also direkt das Hotel anfahren! Und nicht daneben suchen!) Pkw.-Stellplätze sind deshalb knapp, weil vom Hotel reserviert. Das Zimmer war relativ klein - aber ausreichend für 4 Personen. Ausstattung gut. Zimmer sauber.

Einfach Toll.

Die Suite war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr neu. Ich hatte die normale Suite mit 35qm, diese ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Parkplatzsituation OK, direkt vor dem Haus sind kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar.
