"Fantastic rooms, pool, very good breakfast"

"車站非常靠近火車站，一出火車站就會見到酒店，2分鐘路程就到啦！酒店設施雖然有一點歷史，但係保養得非常好，內部空間感十足，有一張長枱放置物品、兩個木製嘅行李架放疊行李以及一個大衣櫃放疊衣物！Reception的態度非常好，幸運地可以提前Checkin拿到房間。另下，Reception附近有張貼巴士行程表，如果對行程表有任何疑問，歡迎去到前台詢問，佢地都好樂意同親切咁回答我們的問題！前台關閉時間很晩，你絕對可以喺前台關閉前回到酒店房間。另外，佢哋指引我點樣用旅客體驗卡免費遊玩呢一個城市！酒店餐廳質素非常之高，而且價錢很合理，如果你碰巧遇到附近餐廳都關門嘅時候非常建議你去酒店嘅餐廳用膳！ 酒店10分鐘路程內可以到達2間超市及雪糕店！酒店亦都鄰近巴士站，方便你在國王湖附近遊玩！如果我再去國王湖都會再嚟呢間酒店㗎！ 早餐非常豐富，有多款乳酪、芝士、火腿、麵包、穀物早餐、果醬、茶包、果汁、咖啡，還有兩款香腸、炒蛋、烚蛋。你絕對能夠吃飽！ "

"This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and great location near the airport. The walk to the airport was easy and flat. Less than a mile and took less than 15 mins. The room itself was comfortable and in great condition. My only complaint, and this is kind of a big one for me, is that there weren't power outlets near either bed. I was forced to plug it in near the foot of the bed and leave my phone/alarm clock on the floor. That being said, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a hotel."

"Parking is free. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
