"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "

"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee.

Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Es ist etwas schwierig, wenn man nur Natur hat, aber es muss trotzdem verbessert werden. Und warum hat niemand daran gedacht, Moskitonetze anzubringen? Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung."
