"Gsnz bezauberndes Hotel ,mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Wir hatten ein wunderschönes geräumiges Familienzimmer( zwei Zimmer). Wir haben wunderbar in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Gut solides Frühstück in schönem Restaurant.Toller Spielplatz,Inselrodrodelbahn und Rugand Turm innerhalb 10- 15 min Fussläufig zu erreichen. Super bequeme Fahrt mit dem Bus -Haltestelle direckt vorm Hotel- zum "Störti" und zurück .Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. "

"Very well equipped apartment in one of the most massive buildings ever! Great kitchen, very nice balcony overlooking the ocean, and a very comfortable bed. Parking in a parking structure across the road was quite expensive, but the room was relatively cheap, so that was okay. Oh, and free drinks in the fridge! "

    "Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
