"The flat in the house was fine, but not as modern as described. The pavement with the stone slabs to the house was not safe, as some stone slabs were movable. It was not clear from the photos in the advert that the double bunk bed was in the same room as the double bed. It was not clean under the bed and there were some dirty corners in the kitchen, for example by the pots. The extractor bonnet did not work. The contact with the landlord was very nice. "Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ofen und ein gutes Badezimmer ist vorhanden. Was aber beachtet werden muss ist das die Wohnung nur über ein Bett in einem Schrank verfügt. Es ist zwar ein Doppelbett, jedoch ist auf der einen Seite beim hinlegen und aufstehen eine Treppe im Weg (zu einem Dachgeschoss welches man aber als Mieter der Wohnung nicht nutzen kann). Des Weiteren muss man zu dem Preis bei Fewo noch ein Wäschepaket hinzurechnen für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, da...
