Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. Loggerhead Cay is located on the East end of Sanibel Island, 5 minutes from the Causeway, 2 superior golf courses and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. A short drive away is the Sanibel Athletic Center, library, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and many other amenities.

Unit 582 is a short walk through the lush courtyard to the beautiful shell-strewn beach and heated pool. This bright, beautiful unit is freshly painted, with all hard surface flooring. Brand new appliances have just been installed along with all new mattresses. Everything that you will need is provided in this very well stocked unit. The Owner has thought of everything a guest could need for the most relaxing and comfortable stay.
The extensively landscaped Loggerhead Condominium complex also has gas grills, tennis, pickle-ball and shuffleboards courts and all equipment for these sports can be borrowed from the office.

***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction began 12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. Estimated Elevator completion date for Building 5 is 1/24/24.***The pool is now open.***

We love Loggerhead Cay!

We have been staying at Loggerhead Cay for 20 years. This unit was nicely furnished, had everything in the kitchen we needed to make our own meals, and included supplies needed for a day at the beach or pool.

We had a wonderful time in this unit. The space is comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and snacks. We also enjoyed the ample seating and tables on the lanai. Great location on the beach for watching beautiful Sunrises and shelling. Pool and grills are available as well as beach chairs.

Reviewer Comments: I rented unit 582 for the week of Saturday Nov 23 thru Nov 30 - Unit was ok - beach equipment chairs and beach towels were great - wheel fell off the cart and my husband fixed it - the kitchen had no cabinet space to store food, coffee table was very dangerous and collapsed just missing my 3 year old grandson's foot - the dryer had to be cleaned by my husband as the dryer did not work very well - the pull out sleeper was basically unusable -- all in all I would not rent this unit again -- I have rented other units at Loggerhead Cay which were much nicer.

Loggerhead Cay is in a perfect location for shelling and right on the beach,nice decor and the kitchen was perfect for all our needs. It's everything they advertised it to be! Sanibel Holiday were wonderful and available any time we called with any questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely hope to be back as Sanibel is our happy place

Mom and daughter trip

It was a joy to be back on Sanibel Island for the first time since Hurricane Ian. Loggerhead Cay was a wonderful complex, our condo was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.
