Loggerhead Cay 553 is a beautiful top-floor two-bedroom/two bath vacation condo which features vaulted ceilings with skylights in the Living Room & Master Bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom suite has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two full beds. We completely upgraded the kitchen with new countertops, appliances, and other high-end touches. Our condo offers free high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, and very easy access to the world-famous Sanibel Island shelling beaches, the community pool (one of the largest on the Island and heated during winter months), as well as other community amenities such as tennis courts, shuffleboard, and BBQ grills. Loggerhead Cay is one of the most popular rental locations on Sanibel Island, with its very convenient East Gulf Drive location. Avoid the traffic during peak season with easy on-off the Island via the Sanibel Causeway. The bike paths run in front of the complex, across East Gulf Drive, and Dante's Coal Fired Pizza is a short walk away at the Sanibel Inn.

We loved this place. The condo is great for families. Very spacious and clean. Pool and beach stuff so you don’t bring your own was so nice to be included. Top floor so no one is above you so it’s also quiet! Beach just an easy yet close walk away!
We loved everything about this beautiful unit! Everything was perfect. Everything was clean. The porch was lovely and we enjoyed afternoon cocktails. The bed was so comfy with nice linens. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. While we didn’t get in the pool, it was a beautiful area. The beach is easily accessible and we enjoyed many wonderful walks We loved the location and can’t wait to return!
No salad bowl or salad utensils. A minor complaint. Very nice unit with a great use of space

We had an incredible time at Loggerhead unit 553. The unit was so well kept and the property is fantastic. It exceeded our expectations and we're very much looking forward to rebooking the unit next year.
Wonderful amenities and lots of space and great view, we appreciated having beach chairs and tennis raquets. The condo was slightly musty on the first day but next day and rest of the time that cleared up, and suggest airing out apt before a new arrival. Would highly recommend this property and would return again.
We had a great family vacation at Loggerhead Cay. The condo overlooked the pool and was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the updated amenities of the condo, including an updated kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very responsive with our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
This was our first time in Sanibel and the whole island is beautiful. Way more of a tropical Hawaii/Caribbean vibe vs typical Florida. Loggerhead itself was amazing, the pool was perfect for families and was never too packed. And your steps away from the beach along with an awesome Tiki bar happy hour right next door. But not all units are created equal as we found, since they are all individually owned. This unit was PERFECT, had super tasteful updates throughout, and came fully stocked with anything we needed during the trip. The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms clean, showers huge, etc. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the property and it was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly rebook if we return to Sanibel. We had a minor issue where the keypad for entry quit working. A phone call handled the situation quickly with no interruption to our trip.
