Loggerhead Cay 342 is a very nice 2nd floor, two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located on world renowned Sanibel Island, Florida. Our condo features a spacious floor plan with a full kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa and screened lanai perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Island Breeze. You will even get a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two full sized beds. Loggerhead Cay complex has a very large heated pool, bbq grills, tennis courts and is located on the beach. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home away from home soon! The new owners have re-painted the condo in more subtle blue tones along with all new, modern, beach decor and furniture.

We were here for 3 weeks and loved our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were comfortable, everything was clean and the access to the beach was fabulous. It is easy to see why people come back year after year! The grills were close by along with the tennis/pickle ball courts. The pool is good sized with a lot of chairs. It was also near the elevator if that is needed
The condo was nicely decorated and clean. However, the property owner needs to invest in some new mattresses, better lighting in the living room area and a new cooler. Had these been addressed, our stay would have been perfect.
Overall, the property was great. Nice decor, bright rooms, great view, and loved the keyless entry! Areas for improvement: The beds were very uncomfortable and we were surprised that there were no “staples” in the kitchen like salt and pepper. Also, the kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning. It would be great to leave a bottle of cleaner under the sink for renters to be able to wipe things down.

Loggerhead Cay is very conveniently located on the Island. The Complex while older is very clean and well cared for with a nice swimming pool centrally located. The unit is also very clean and features fresh paint and newer furniture. It provided all the space we needed for 3 Adults. We enjoyed the screened porch and loved walking to the beach! The bathrooms while older were clean and well maintained. The Master Bath is small but certainly clean and in good working condition. If possible I would move the router out of master bedroom as the lights were rather bright but the WIFI worked GREAT! Thanks for a nice stay! Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to arrival.
Condo is exactly as pictured. Good set up with all initial needs. Check in was seemless. They even notified us in advance that the water would temporarily be shut down for repairs in the whole building. Allowed us to prepare for a short period of no water access. We just hung out at the beach a little longer. 😀 We are already planning to be back next year, but for a longer period!
Great condo - 2nd year for us. We truly love the location and the beach is a short stroll and absolutely amazing. If you enjoy a relaxing , peaceful atmosphere this is the place for you.
Our family enjoyed staying at this property for our second visit to Sanibel. The condo was clean and had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. The pickleball courts and pool were wonderful and the beach was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

We find the unit very comfortable.
We find the unit very comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable, not overstuffed and faces the window which we like. The kitchen is open and without walls which is a plus. The lanai furniture is great. We appreciate carpeting in the living and bedrooms rather than tile. We use the ottomen each time we sit down and find the living room TV well located. WE do not use the T in the bedrooms. The location is great, looking down the gardens at the beach. I am a gardener from New England and enjoy the gardens. The pool is large enough and well located so we do not hear the other guests. The condo unit is quiet, which we appreciate. We greatly appreciate not having to deal with keys to the unit and not having to go to a rental service to pick up the keys. We have stayed at 342 twice and have reservations for a third visit. We hope to make it at least an annual rental.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loggerhead Cay has TOP location with short walk down brick path to BEACH! While the Complex is older it is well maintained, landscaped and very clean--with great community pool! Our Unit was updated with fresh paint, newer furniture, decor and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms are older and therefore smaller....they haven't been renovated but they are CLEAN and have fresh paint! We enjoyed our stay here! GREAT BEACH ACCESS! GREAT FAMILY FUN!
