Inside you will find an open concept living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors open to the large lanai, which offers partial Gulf views and morning sun. The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and modern en-suite bathroom. Your family will enjoy the guest room including two twin beds and large closet while the updated guest bathroom has a fully tiled shower. Other conveniences include a washer and dryer, smart TVs throughout, wi-fi and complimentary beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella.

Resort-style amenities include a screened-in heated outdoor pool, sun deck, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, grilling and picnic area, filtered water and ice station and a new fitness center. For added convenience, there’s an on-site rental office staffed Monday through Saturday to assist you. Bike rentals nearby make exploring the island easy.
