Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting.
- Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by mid-June. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.
- Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Work on Building 3 will be completed by mid-June, followed by Building 1. Please note that Building 1 has two elevators, so access will be maintained at all times. Building 3 has only one elevator, which will be out of service until work is completed.
- Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027. Work is expected to begin soon, pending the receipt of necessary permits.
- Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, including parking lot light updates and the replacement of the knee wall around the Building 1 sun deck area. We are currently waiting on permits and confirmed start dates for these items.
