Best part was location to the beach and the stretch of beach on was not busy which was amazing! Calm waters and shells as well as dolphins galore Heated pool was a nice perk as was the tennis courts! Condo was right size for 4-5.

The condo unit is really well laid out and we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay - close to the beach. I would recommend this property. The place was clean and well maintained. The pool and tennis courts were great to take a break from beach walks and shelling! Would stay again ;)

We loved our stay. The remodeled condo was clean, fresh and has all the modern amenities. The location is perfect and just a quick walk to the beach. All the necessary beach toys and shelling equipment too! After a nice day at the beach and pool, was nice to return to our cool, calming condo!!

Greta’s home was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of space in the very clean updated condo for our family! The kids enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in the very warm pool! And the beach was gorgeous and close. We enjoyed biking around the island! What a perfect location

We have stayed in multiple condos at Coquina Beach over the years and I will have to say this one was one of the nicest! It was very comfy and very well stocked. We had everything we needed from wine glasses to beach chairs. We enjoyed many evenings on the comfy lanai furniture. Great experience!

It was perfect, very modern and new, close to beach and pool. Very nice to have chairs and umbrella and towels. Only issue was sometimes parking, very tight spaces and people would be overlapped into our parking space, otherwise it was perfect.

We are 2 couples in our 60's and were here celebrating an anniversary. The condo is beautifully decorated; furniture and beds were comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Everything that we needed was here such as beach chairs and towels. The location is great! It was very close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return in the future!

This property was beautiful and well equipped. Everything is updated and good quality. It was quiet yet had easy access to the beach , pool and bike trails. I spent many hours on the screened in balcony reading. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week in Sanibel! This condo is in a great location - we prefer the east end of the island and enjoyed being at a small complex. The condo is beautiful and very clean; we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the kitchen and appreciated that it was well stocked for cooking. The lenai was great for our group of four; might be a bit small for a large group. Overall it is a wonderful vacation spot!

The location of this rental was perfect, so close to the pool (which was very well maintained), as well as a quick walk to a very accessible beach that had shells galore! This was our first visit to Sanibel, and the unit was great. Greta was very easy to work with. The only drawback (which others mentioned as well) was the parking - the spaces are VERY TIGHT, making parking a big challenge.
