Beautifully redecorated unit with new tile floor. Updated well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Electrolux top-of-the-line front load washer/dryer (steam). Updated luxury bathrooms with whirlpool tub in one master bedroom/walk in shower in other. Screened-in double size tile porch with views of courtyard and lush tropical landscaping. Beach chairs/cable tv. One of only three units with 3 full bathrooms. One of only two units with a walk-in/roll-in shower.
    Complex Amenities: Pool, tennis courts, canoe, kayaks. On Bowman's Beach, one of the best shelling beaches in the world. WIFI in unit.
